Reservation Policy:

• Reservations are recommended April-October
• For check-ins after 5:00 p.m. a credit card is required
• Cancel by 2:00 p.m. on the day of check-in to avoid all fees

Pet Policy:

• A minimum fee of $5.00 per pet
• Pets may not be left unattended in room
• Owner must pick up after own pet
• Pet must be kept on leash when outside
• Renter is responsible for any and all damage
